4. Our Role as a Platform
Technology Intermediary Declaration: Lokaal Go operates strictly as an online marketplace and digital ticketing platform. Unless an event is explicitly designated and marketed as “Organized by Lokaal Go,” the third-party event organizer is entirely responsible for event execution, venue security, licensing, fire/safety permissions, artist scheduling, venue entry protocols, and event-specific refund or cancellation terms.
Tickets purchased via Lokaal Go are purely electronic; there is no physical shipping and no Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
